The sun is beating it's hot rays down today and it's hard to cool off!
After an afternoon at the beach with my brothers, we were looking for something fast, easy and simple to make, to help cool off.
I looked in my freezer and happened to have some frozen organic bananas and some fresh organic strawberries that I had just gotten from the farmers market.
So, I threw the bananas and strawberries in the blender, poured in a little vanilla almond milk to make a good consistency.
AND walla! A simple, refreshing treat for a hot day!
THREE EASY INGREDIENTS:
Frozen bananas
Fresh strawberries
Vanilla almond milk
For one person, I would recommend:
Two bananas with about 7 whole fresh strawberries, then, just add the milk until you have the consistency you like.
To make it super healthy, add a spoonful of chia seeds! :)
EXPERIMENT WITH THE BLENDER....ADD WHATEVER YOU FIND (fresh, organic, foods are the best) HAVE FUN WITH IT!
