Often in the morning, if I'm not having oatmeal, I will make banana cereal. It's super easy to make and tastes really good!
All you need:
One frozen banana
One tablespoon of organic peanut butter or almond butter
Two tablespoons of organic apple sauce or half of an apple
One teaspoon of pure vanilla
One splash of almond milk
A couple dashes of raw cinnamon
Two unpitted dates (optional)
One tablespoon of chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)
Blend all together in a blender and pour into a bowl or cup. I personally like to eat mine like cereal rather than drink it unless, I want to take it to go.
